With increasing concern about privacy and data on the internet, being compliant with GDPR and other data privacy regulations has become a necessity. Part of being compliant with most data privacy regulations, including GDPR, is honoring a person's request to have you purge all data you've collected on them.
If your organization receives such a request, you can log into CredSpark, enter their email, and delete all their data from CredSpark.
Simply follow this link: https://app.credspark.com/erase_user_requests/new
You will be redirected to a window where you can delete a person’s data:
Simply type in email or user UUID, check the checkbox “I confirm that I am authorized to delete this user.” and press the “Erase” button.
When complete, you can rest assured that your organization has complied with that person’s request to be forgotten.
