The Reports tab displays a summary of your responses, giving you a visual representation of the collected data. You can customize the look and feel of charts, filter and segment your data, and share insights with third parties.

Note: The Reports feature is currently in Beta and available to a limited group of users as part of testing.

  • Sharing Link – A unique URL that allows others to view the report.
  • Access Code – Required for accessing the shared report.

Click "Save" to confirm sharing settings. You can always revoke access or generate a new link if needed.

Reports: Filters and Segmentation

You can filter and segment your data.

  • Filtering allows you to narrow down report data based on specific conditions. You can currently filter by question answers (e.g., only show responses where users selected "Option A") and response date (e.g., view responses submitted in the last 7 days). This helps you focus on the most relevant data for your analysis.
  • Segmentation enables you to group responses based on shared characteristics, making it easier to compare different audience segments. For example, you can segment responses based on specific answers to a question (e.g., group users who selected "Product A" vs. those who chose "Product B") or by response date (e.g., compare responses from the last 7 days vs. those from the previous month). This helps you identify trends over time and understand how different groups respond to your content. You can change segment color and name by hovering the Segment title and color.

Global Settings

The Global Settings feature allows you to customize the look and feel of your reports. These settings ensure consistency across all reports created by your team. You can define elements like color schemes, fonts, and branding elements, so every report aligns with your organization’s style. Once set, you can apply these settings to the current report only, both current and new reports, or only new reports.
