Multiple choice is one of the most commonly used question types. This type allows participants to select one or more than one answer choice.



 Here is an example of a Multiple Choice question with a single select answer:



Set the maximum number of answer choices a person can select from the Maximum Selections pulldown, which is located below Question Type. Here is an example where multiple selections are possible: notice that the radio buttons change to boxes. Depending on the design you are using, your answer choices may be formatted differently, however users will always be required to indicate they have completed their selections by clicking a “Done” button–you can change that default text from the Design tab.
